National Executive Council of ICBE, shall organize a two day conference ,along with the general body meeting to be held every year, with specific broad themes as decided by the National Executive Council either independently or along with any established University/College/Institution of repute.
The National Council will nominate the Conference Secretary in advance in the current conference itself. After the conference the person who served as Conference Secretary shall be nominated as Junior Vice President until the next conference. In the subsequent Conference the Junior Vice President will become the Senior Vice President and the Senior Vice President will be elevated as the President in the subsequent conference. This process will continue Successively and Concurrently.
The delegate fee for the Annual Conference shall be determined by the National Council and will be communicated to the host institution in advance. Out of the delegate fee collected by the host institution Rs.300 per delegate shall be remitted to the National Council of ICBE, out of which Rs.100 shall be paid to the Chief Editor to meet the cost of Journal Publication, etc.
The Regional Council may organize the programmes as envisaged under the objectives of ICBE in consultation of the National Council. Of the surplus revenue generated from organizing such programmes by the Regional Councils 20% shall be remitted to the National Council.
